Eleven consultation meetings with different urban security city stakeholders were organized by the Laboratory of Urban Criminology of Panteion University, in order to reinforce urban security and safety via the Local Council for Crime Prevention (LCCP) and victims’ support.
The meetings were held online during May and June of 2020, with: Τhe Minor Protection Society, “The Good Poimen”, the Hellenic Police, the “SOS Children’s Villages – Child and Family Centre”, the Club for UNESCO of Piraeus & Islands, the Hellenic Coast Guard ( Department of Piraeus ), the Holy Metropolis of Piraeus, the Commercial Association of Piraeus, the Directorate of Secondary Education in Piraeus (Department of Education Subjects), the Public and Social Health Services of the Municipality of Piraeus, the Piraeus Consultation Center for Women and the Bar Association of Piraeus.
